Pošip is made from our most famous local white variety of the same name which is a native Croatian grape. Our organic vineyards consist of limestone earth with a small content of soil, which yields a pronounced minerality that is particularly prominent in this wine. In order to achieve freshness of this wine it is picked during the hot days of summer, the grapes for this wine are picked at night, and are transported to the winery before sunset and processed immediately.
